I’m Kim Benakovich, founder and placement specialist, and I bring over 25 years of hands-on experience in childcare, education, and family support to my work here. Throughout my career as a nanny, family assistant, Newborn Care Specialist, and household manager, I’ve worked with many high net worth and high-profile families, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to create strong, long-lasting placements.

I believe in a gentle, respectful approach to caregiving that aligns with current best practices for children. As a yoga, mindfulness, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) facilitator, and a gentle/respectful parenting coach, I’m passionate about placing nannies, family assistants, and household managers who embrace compassion, empathy, and patience in their roles. My goal is to support families in building nurturing home environments where children feel safe, understood, and empowered.
